Mojo Jojo? It's Shakey's Mojos!

Hey guys, one additional update to my blog! :)
So, everybody (or maybe mostly) likes Shakey's, am I right? No, I'm left! Hahahahaha XD
I'm just kidding, anyways going back...
Everytime I go to Shakey's with my family, we always order a mean with Mojos.
It's mouth watering, and the dip is really good to dip your Mojos to, if you ask me. :)
I again googled a recipe, and luckily I found one! :)
So, here it is:

Shakey’s Mojo’s & Dip
Total Time: 30 minutes | Yield: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes, sliced into ¼” rounds
2 packs Ferna all-purpose breading mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
Cooking oil, for deep frying
Lady’s Choice Caesar or ranch dressing
PROCEDURE
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Set aside.
Clean potatoes and slice into ¼” round, then put them straight into the egg-water mixture to soak.
Heat oil until 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat potato slices with breading and deep fry in batches for 3-4 minutes. Drain in kitchen towel after to absorb excess oil.
Transfer to serving plate and serve with either Caesar or ranch dressing.

Yeah, that's the recipe! I would recommend to compare the Shakey's version and your homemade version of Shakey's Mojos. I would also recommend to try their foods as well, if you didn't go to Shakey's yet, it's quite expensive, but it's good. :)
